One qualifying test under a Scheme Slab (schemeLineId): conditionType picks what is measured on the document or period (Quantity, Value, Value With Tax, Item Quantity/Value/Value With Tax against itemId, Item Group Quantity/Value/Value With Tax against itemGroupId, or Unique Item Count), conditionOperator compares it (Equal, Does Not Equal, Greater Than, Greater Than Or Equal, Less Than, Less Than Or Equal) with conditionQuantity or conditionValue as the threshold. For the Greater Than operators the engine also derives a qualification count (floor of reached/threshold), which drives repeatable rewards. Conditions carry their own validity window and account/account-group scoping that further narrows when they count.
