KPI Data Detail — entity reference

One source record's contribution to one KPI Data row. The KPI configuration accrual writes exactly one line per source record and KPI Data row (a record that counts for several approved plans has a line in each plan's row), overwrites it when the record is saved again, moves or deletes it when the record changes member, period or stops passing the rules, and deletes it when the record is deleted. Lines in Approved or Posted incentive periods are never changed. After writing, the accrual recalculates the row's KPI Value Sum (total of the lines' KPI Value), KPI Value Count (number of lines) and Reward Value Sum (total of Reward Value) from all of its lines. Recalculate KPI Data deletes every line of the configuration in open periods and writes them again. On the standard screens the lines are read-only; they appear on the Related tab of a KPI Data record, whose standard list is not filtered to that row. Lines changed by import do not move the row's totals until the accrual next writes the row.
