A per-attempt log of a GSTR-3B's exchanges with GSTN through the GSP (compute, save, submit, file or error), with the endpoint, request and response, HTTP status and error details, linked to one GSTR-3B. Nothing in the product writes these rows. Process GSTR3B, Save to GSTN, Check Save Status, Submit File to GSTN and Record Manual Filing all record their outcome on the GSTR-3B itself, in Save Status, GSTN Response, GSP Reference Id, Ack Number and Filed On. The log is in no app and has no form, list or related list on the GSTR-3B, so an empty log does not mean the return was never sent. Read the return's own fields instead. Those fields hold only the latest exchange, because each new save clears the previous reference and response.
