A named list of people (Resources). Its members are Resource Group Member rows that you add by hand or by import, and nothing adds or removes members automatically. Four features read the member list. A queue's agent pool supplies the candidates for omni-channel routing of calls and cases (the member must be active, linked to a user and Available). An assignment rule can use a pool of Members of a resource group. An incentive plan's Resource Group limits automatic enrolment of a Resource plan. The Resource group scope chip on allocation consoles narrows the resources shown. Field sales also uses a group as a beat's HQ for outlet transfer, by the beat's own link rather than by membership. Resource Group Type and the dynamic-membership fields are descriptive only.
