A simple reference list of insurance schemes. Each record holds a name and the insurer's own name for the same scheme. Insurer, Incentive Target and Compensation Line records each have an optional Insurance Scheme lookup that can point to one of these records. The list is a label only: it holds no rates, cover terms, validity dates or premiums. No incentive, compensation, service or claim process reads the scheme, so tagging a target or compensation line with a scheme does not change what is measured or paid. No seeded app or menu lists insurance schemes. An administrator who wants to maintain them can add the Insurance Scheme entity to an app.
