One Input Service Distributor (ISD) in the ISD Credit Amendments (ISDA) section of a GSTR-2B statement: the ISD GSTIN under which GSTN reports corrections to input tax credit that the ISD distributed to you in an earlier period. Its amended documents are ISD Amendment Credit records. Pull From GSTIN creates these rows from GSTN's reply and you never enter them by hand. Amendments exist only on the portal side: Process GSTR2B never builds them from your purchases, so they never appear on the record's Overview, which shows the books side, and they are not part of the Reconciliations tab. Each successful pull deletes the statement's ISD amendment rows and their credits and recreates them from the new reply. GSTR-3B reads the amended credits that GSTN marks ITC available: ISD credit notes are reversed in table 4B(2) and other ISD documents are added to table 4A line (4), at their full amended amounts without subtracting the original. ISD Amendment Supplier is not in any app menu.
