One e-commerce operator in the E-Commerce Amendments (ECOA) section of a GSTR-2B statement: the operator GSTIN under which GSTN reports amendments to supplies made to you through that operator under section 9(5) in an earlier period. Its amended documents are E-Commerce Amendment Document records. Pull From GSTIN creates these rows from GSTN's reply and you never enter them by hand. Amendments exist only on the portal side: Process GSTR2B never builds them from your purchases, so they never appear on the record's Overview, which shows the books side, and they are not part of the Reconciliations tab. Each successful pull deletes the statement's e-commerce amendment rows and their documents and recreates them from the new reply. GSTR-3B does not read e-commerce documents or their amendments, so they do not change table 4A. E-Commerce Amendment Supplier is not in any app menu.
