Form 3CD Clause — entity reference

A retired record type that once held the Form 3CD tax-audit clause list as one record per clause. Its storage has been removed: the entity is in no app or menu, nothing reads or writes it, and the platform refuses any attempt to read or save one, for example through the data API or an import, with the error "Entity type 'Form3CDClause' not found in model." Its definition, forms, a list view and security grants are still seeded, but none of them can take effect. The clause list now lives on a Statement Data Entry record of statement type Form3CDAudit for each company and fiscal year: each clause is a question with a key (the clause number), a label, a section (A or B), a data type and an optional computation key. A new record starts from a built-in list of 50 clauses. The Form 3CD Tax Audit screen in the Financials List app reads that list and fills the clauses it can compute.

Fields

FieldLabelTypeRequiredWhat it does
ClauseNumberClause NumberTextClause number as printed on the form, for example 8a, 18 or 29A. Not stored. On the current model this is the question's Key on the Statement Data Entry record, and typed answers are stored under it.
ComputationKeyComputation KeyTextName of the computation that answers the clause, or Manual for a clause the auditor types. Not stored. On the current model each question carries its own computation key; xMatix computes clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 18, 34 and 40, and the keys on clauses 21, 22, 23 and 44 have no computation behind them.

EffectiveFromEffective FromDateAndTimeFirst date the clause applied. Not stored and never read. Clause changes are now made by editing the clause list on the Statement Data Entry record.
EffectiveToEffective ToDateAndTimeLast date the clause applied. Not stored and never read.

NameNameTextYesRecord name. Not stored, because no Form 3CD Clause record can be saved.
OwnerIdOwnerLookup → UserAccountYes
PartNamePartPickListPart of the form the clause belongs to, Part A (general particulars) or Part B (audit particulars). Not stored. On the current model this is the question's Section, A or B; a clause in any other section is listed under Unclassified clauses. Values: Part A, Part B.

SubscriptionKeySubscription KeyGuid, hiddenYes
TitleTitleTextShort heading of the clause shown on the report. Not stored. On the current model this is the question's Label.
