One row of GSTR-1 Table 13 (documents issued) on the books side of a GSTR-1 return: one numbering series of one document nature issued in the month, with its number range, total, cancelled and net issued counts. Process GSTR1 builds the rows for sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes from the month's posted output tax lines, grouping each document by its number without the trailing digits; every gap in a series counts as cancelled. Other natures such as vouchers and delivery challans are not built and the standard setup has no list view or form for adding them. Save to GSTN sends every row. Pull from GSTIN does not import Table 13, so it is not reconciled.
