One Input Service Distributor (ISD) in the ISD Credits section of a GSTR-2B statement: the ISD GSTIN, usually your own head office registered as an ISD, under which GSTN reports input tax credit distributed to you. Its documents are ISD Credit records, which carry tax amounts but no taxable value. Pull From GSTIN creates these rows from GSTN's reply and you never enter them by hand. ISD credits exist only on the portal side: Process GSTR2B never builds them from your purchases, so the ISD Credits row on the record's Overview, which shows the books side, always reads zero, and on the Reconciliations tab every ISD credit appears under Missing in Books. Each successful pull deletes the statement's ISD rows and their credits and recreates them from the new reply, so changes made by hand are lost. GSTR-3B reads the ISD credits that GSTN marks ITC available: ISD credit notes are reversed in table 4B(2) and every other ISD document is added to table 4A line (4). ISD Supplier is not in any app menu.
