A lender that customers borrow from to pay for a purchase. A financer record carries only its name; the products it offers are Financer Scheme records that point at it. Finance cases pick it as their Finance Provider, and incentive targets and compensation lines can name it for reporting. It has no automatic numbering and no server logic of its own, and it is not on any shipped app's navigation, so an administrator adds it to an app before users can maintain it. Deleting a financer does not delete its schemes or clear it from records that already name it.
