xMatix proudly participated in the ninth edition of the ETAuto Retail Forum — billed on our social channels as ET Auto Expo 2026 — one of India's leading automotive retail and technology forums. Held at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi on 25 August 2026, the day brought together OEMs, dealership leaders, distributors, financiers and industry innovators from across the automotive ecosystem under the banner OEM–Dealer Synergy: Redefining Mobility Retail.
What we showed
As a supporting partner with a stall on the floor, we showcased xMatix, the business execution platform, and demonstrated how connected workflows across sales, service, inventory, procurement, finance and customer operations help automotive businesses execute with greater visibility, transparency and efficiency. The demos ran the whole dealership on one record: an enquiry captured in CRM, a test drive and quote from the showroom floor, the order booked into finance, the vehicle into the workshop for service, and Sense AI answering questions across all of it from the same governed data.
What the forum set out to answer
The agenda was built around five questions, and every one of them is, underneath the strategy language, a question about systems:
- Creating the experience economy. Retail margins are moving from the transaction to the relationship — which means the relationship has to be recorded somewhere the whole dealership can see it.
- Seamless customer journeys from discovery to ownership. A lead that arrives on a web form, is qualified on a phone call, test-driven at the showroom and financed at a desk touches four teams. The journey is only seamless if the record is one record.
- Adapting for an AI-native automotive retail. AI that answers from the dealership's own data — stock, service history, open quotes — rather than from a generic model.
- EV retail 2.0: from adoption to monetisation. Charging, subscriptions, battery health and connected services turn a one-time sale into a service ledger.
- A unified retail ecosystem. OEM and dealer working from shared data instead of reconciled spreadsheets.
Why it mattered to us
The forum marked an important milestone in the xMatix journey, creating meaningful conversations, valuable partnerships, and a shared vision for the future of intelligent business execution. xMatix grew out of dealer operations, and the questions the industry put to itself in New Delhi — one record across the dealership, AI grounded in the dealer's own numbers, a recurring service business around the EV — are the theses the platform was built on. Spending a day testing them against how OEMs and dealer principals frame the next decade was the most useful part of the trip.
